This appointment supports our efforts to further develop this sector in the Middle East, an area with excellent infrastructure to suit this business, as Kuehne+Nagel is well-known in the events and exhibition space in Europe. Just over a month ago, Hapag-Llyod partnered with DB Schenker to deploy a waste-and-residue-based biofuel to reduce emissions during container shipping. This new agreement follows that one.
