Electric vehicle manufacturing company, Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has announced a strategic partnership to deploy over 1,500 electric cargo vehicles with Zyngo for list mile delivery across the nation. OSM has recently introduced its second shift of manufacturing, with an aim to sell more than 15,000 electric vehicles in FY’23 to serve the increased demand for eco-friendly vehicles in the market. The company’s partnership with Zyngo, which is a provider of zero-emission logistics, will OSM to cater to the demand with ease.

OSM Rage+ EVs will help in expanding Zyngo’s fleet to serve the rapidly growing demand for solutions regarding last-mile deliveries and this will also start a second shift at the new plant of the company in Faridabad. The introduction of the new plant is expected to take place from Aril this year, according to the company.

While talking about the company, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility, Uday Narang said that OSM is a pure Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) which holds the aim to empower the adoption of electric vehicles in India in the right sense. Rapid growth has been noticed by the last-mile delivery industry in the last couple of years, which is expected to maintain consistency and boost 6 times in the next three years taking it to 5,000 million shipments. This growth factor in this direction is the objective of this collaboration between OSM and Zyngo. The company has a considerably solid background in the sector and has also joined with its charging solution of electric vehicles and modern technology that will help to ensure utilization of fleet, optimum service sustainability, and intensified productivity. These factors will play a crucial role in making the product, OSM Rage+ lead in the market of electric three-wheelers across India, and become the most loved EV.

Narang also added to his statement that the company believes in the strength of association, especially in the segment of cost-intensive and aggressive electric vehicles. The target of delivering over 15,000 electric vehicles in FY’23 has been a vision with OSM’s strategic partners like Magenta and Zyngo in the last-mile delivery sector.

Zyngo is currently providing its delivery services to various e-commerce organizations, FMCG, Retail, and other grocery companies.
