The building was constructed in compliance with Mahindra Logistics’ sustainability standards, which included waste management procedures, liquid discharge management, and 100% on-site renewable energy. The building is IGBC platinum certified and contributes to environmental protection with a significant 30% green cover.

In the GradeA warehouse supporting MLL’s 3PL, Last-mile delivery, and Express operations has 84 docks, a 13-meter clear height, and a load-bearing capability of 8 MT/M2. As a result, it is adaptable and suited for a variety of applications.
