The Odyssey Card, which was introduced by the Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) and can also be used to buy tickets on Mo buses, was likewise the subject of numerous technical problems complaints. They claimed that even though the card had a balance, it could not be used to purchase tickets.

“Our customers have had several bothers about the Odyssey Card. We’ve made the decision to make it possible for cardholders to replace their cards with prepaid Mo Bus cards. The balance will also be moved to the new card, according to Bothra.
