RXO.com is a landing website where people can sign up to get news about the new company after XPO disclosed its name there

In line with the anticipated spin-off of its technologically advanced brokerage platform, XPO Logistics, a top provider of freight transportation services, today announced the creation of a new company brand. The company’s commitment to delivering reliability multiplied by outperformance is reflected in the name of the spin-off, RXO. The marketing slogan for RXO will be “Massive capacity. contemporary technology. This development comes after XPO’s announcement in March that it intended to separate its less-than-truckload business from its North American truck brokerage in order to “unlock value” for its stakeholders. By the fourth quarter, this spin-off is anticipated to be formally established.

The slogan has been thought about thoroughly and has been catching the eye of the public also.

The company’s two primary businesses, North American less-than-truckload and tech-enabled truck brokerage, are each industry-leading platforms in their own right, with a unique operating model and a high return on invested capital, according to XPO Logistics CEO and Chairman Brad Jacobs in March. And he continued by saying that, as it did with the successful spin-off of GXO Logistics in 2021, XPO thinks that by separating these businesses through a spin-off, it can considerably boost value generation for its clients, staff, and shareholders. In addition to its asset-light services, such as last-mile logistics, managed transportation, and global forwarding, XPO claimed that the spin-off would represent a leading platform for North American tech-enabled truck brokerage services. It cited its history of industry-best revenue and margin growth, a highly effective freight marketplace, and access to a significant amount of truckload capacity. In terms of LTL, XPO claimed that the spin-off will be a “pure play LTL industry leader” and the third-largest provider of domestic and international LTL freight shipping when it becomes official. It will also have a network of transportation assets that will give it a competitive advantage, all of which will be controlled by proprietary technology. The corporate headquarters for its asset-light services, asset-light truck brokerage, and LTL businesses will be located in Greenwich, Connecticut, and Charlotte, North Carolina, respectively.

The idea of turning their company into two will be one of the greatest decisions in the long run

XPO Logistics made a wise decision by taking this action since they recognised a chance to expand their business. They have realised that they may grow and expand at the same time with the assistance of two excellent businesses. It will only be a matter of time until we know whether the corporation made the right decision with this decision or not.
