DCBL intends to convert 300 trucks to LNG as part of its green logistics strategy for the decarbonization of its transportation fleet.

For the inbound and outbound logistics of raw materials and completed goods, the company has deployed two different types of trucks: trailers and bulkers. Comparing the GreenLine LNG carrier to traditional diesel trucks results in a 28% decrease in carbon (CO2) emissions, or a reduction of 24 tonnes of carbon emissions per year. This results in a substantial reduction of 840 tonnes CO2 per year throughout the initial fleet of 35 LNG trucks. Besides from reducing particulate matter by up to 91%, NOx emissions by up to 59%, and SOx emissions by up to 100%, these LNG vehicles also dramatically reduce other harmful emissions.
