Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi visited Bangalore, Karnataka to inaugurate the INR 27000 Crore infrastructure project.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi earlier this week visited Kommaghatta in Bangalore to inaugurate the various road and rail infrastructure projects which roughly cost INR 27000 Crore. This might be a milestone occasion as it would mean better connectivity between states and different cities. Connectivity has been an issue for smaller cities in India to be connected with other small as well as big cities. This inauguration also meant that people from other cities were able to reach these cities via a faster route. At first, the Prime Minister inaugurated the Centre for Brain Research at the Indian Institute of Science campus which cost around 280 Crore. In order to provide evidence-based public health strategies for the management of age-related brain illnesses, the CBR was created as a one-of-a-kind research centre. The foundation stone for the 832 bedded Bagchi Parthasarathy Multispeciality Hospital was also inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi during the event.
