Nitin Gadkari inaugurated for various national highway projects in Haryana worth ?2,871.80 crore.
Nitin Gadkari, the union minister for road transport and highways has recently inaugurated various national highway projects in Haryana with total cost price of ?2,871.80 crore. The function was held in Sonipat, Haryana, India. Chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar and deputy Dushyant Chautala were also present in the function. Addressing to the people Nitin Gadkari mentions four most important things that is- water, power, transport and communication are the most essential point for any developmental work. He added that, “I will initiate work on every project being asked by the Haryana government. I know where money comes from and no one can say that I have not delivered what I promised”.
With this he also announced to connect Delhi-Dehradun national highway to Jind-Gohana and Sonipat and Shamli. Gadkari said that, “We will build a bus port in Sonipat after the Haryana government sends a project. Our government wants to start air taxis from Delhi to Panipat which costs ?250 per person. In the next two years, we will construct many highways parallel to NH-44 to reduce the vehicular load”.
